摘要
非随机对照试验的系统评价与随机对照试验的系统评价一样是普遍开展的。在某些情况下我们必须依靠非随机对照试验的系统评价,但对其结果及应用应持审慎的态度。因为其结果可能受到偏倚或混杂因素的歪曲。一个专门的Cochrane方法学小组——非随机对照研究方法学小组已注册成立,并致力于为Cochrane系统评价者提供何时以及如何纳入非随机对照试验的指南。
Systematic reviews of non-randomized studies are as common as reviews of randomized controlled trials. In some circumstances we must depend on such reviews. But we should be very prudent on their results and applications
because confounding and bias often distort the results of non-randomized studies. A special methods group——Non-Randomized Studies Methods Group had been registered and aimed to make recommendations about when and how to include non-randomized studies in Cochrane systematic reviews.
