探讨了造成二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDTP)对铜腐蚀的原因、噻二唑(DMTD)型金属减活剂抑制MoDTP的腐蚀以及对其抗氧化、抗磨减摩性能的影响。用AES研究了它们在铜表面的情况。结果表明,MoDTP合成中的副产物烷基硫代过氧二磷酸酯(B_2)有较强的腐蚀性;DMTD的双正烷基二硫代物能抑制MoDTP对铜的腐蚀,而对抗氧化、抗磨减摩性能影响不大。
The corrosivity of molybdenum phosphorodithioate complexes was investigated by testing purified Mo-S compounds. It was found that isopropyl bidentate phosphorodithioate ligand, the by-product con- tained in the prepared molybdenum phosphorodithioate complex, was more corrosive than MoDTP. The capability of corrosion inhibition, friction and wear reduction, and oxidation inhibition of 2, 5-bis (alkyldithio)-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole was tested. It showed that the some derivatives of thiadiazole may pre- vent the corrosion of Mo-S compounds. Remarkable effect on friction and wear reducing properties of the Mo-S compounds was not observed.
