摘要
采用溶胶 凝胶工艺制备以多孔泡沫镍为载体的TiO2 薄膜 ,并用其光催化氧化降解挥发性苯系物 (苯、甲苯和二甲苯 )。考察了催化剂粒径、反应时间、苯系物的初始浓度、体系的相对湿度和反应温度等因素对苯系物去除率的影响。结果表明 ,以粒径 2 0 .7nm的TiO2 为催化剂、甲苯初始质量浓度为 2 0 0mg/m3 、体系的相对湿度为 4 5 %、反应温度为 2 0~ 5 0℃、反应时间为 6 0min条件下 ,甲苯的去除率达 76
TiO 2 film fixed on porous nickel was prepared by sol gel method and used in photocatalytic oxidation of volatile benzene homologue (such as benzene, toluene and xylene). The effects of catalyst particle size, initial concentration of benzene homologue, reaction time, reaction temperature and system relative humidity on the removal rate of benzene homologue were examined. The results show that the removal rate of toluene is over 76% when the size of TiO 2 catalyst particle is 20.7 nm, the initial mass concentration of toluene is 200 mg/m 3, the relative humidity of the system is 45%, the reaction temperature is 20~50℃, and the reaction time is 60 min.
