摘要
研究了麦草浆抄片AKD表面施胶过程中,表面施胶时间、施胶液中AKD浓度、加填以及添加PAE、CS、PAM和硫酸铝对AKD表面施胶效果的影响,还比较了细小纤维无流失的抄片和普通抄片的施胶效果。研究发现:仅需0.077%的AKD而无须任何其他助剂即可使抄片的Cobb值达到26.7g/m2;施胶液中添加一定量的CS、PAE或CPAM能在一定程度上提高AKD的表面施胶效果,但应注意添加顺序;加填GCC或PCC尤其是PCC以及施胶液中添加硫酸铝均会使AKD的表面施胶效果变差。
AKD surface sizing of wheat straw base handsheet was carried out in the lab. These results showed that the Cobb value could achieve 26.7g/m2 when 0.077% of AKD was absorbed. The addition of CS, PAE or CPAM in the AKD solution could enhance the efficiency of AKD surface sizing. The Cobb value of the handsheets increased to some extent while PAE or CPAM was added in the pulp, and the Cobb value increased apparently when 20% GCC or PCC, especially PCC was added in the pulp. The Cobb value increased from below 35.0g/m2 to above 100g/m2 when 0.33% alum was added into surface sizing solution.
