摘要
本文研究单目标评价理论,并提出了相应的评价准则和评价方法,根据相应的理论和准则确定评价的体系。该系统的建立,为提高设计的可靠性及优化软件的广泛应用提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the theory of the single object is studied,and relative appraising rules and solutions are given.According to these theories and rules,an appraising system is estabilished.which is the theoretical basis for improving the reliability of the design and the extensive use of the optimised softwares.
