摘要
行政裁判制度立法的法治化是依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求。行政裁判制度立法法治化 ,不仅要求有关行政裁判的法律在形式上是完备的 ,而且还要求在价值层面上是良好的 ,符合公正、高效的原则。行政裁判制度立法法治化必须遵循立法的一般原则和规律 。
Ruling by law for legislation of system of administrative judges is to govern the country by law and is a necessary requirement for building legal system country of socialism.The ruling by law for legislation of system of administrative judges not only demands perfect forms of law for relevant administrative judges but also requires good level of values which is suitable with justice and efficient principle.The ruling by for legislation of system of administrative judges must follow the common principle and law of legislation and reform,improve the old system.
