摘要
本文通过分析经济发展水平不同地区的农户在农地流转过程中的行为差异 ,发现在既定的农地制度框架下 ,农户的农地流转行为不仅是一种经济行为 ,而且还是一种社会行为 ;农户农地流转行为的普及程度 ,以及行为过程中的理性化、契约化、组织化程度 ,都随着区域第二、第三产业的发展和农村商品经济的发展而提高。
By analyzing the differences of farmer households' behavior in rural land in two different economic development areas, this research finds out that within the given Land Tenure System farmer households' land transfer is not only an economic conduct, but also a social behavior. The paper points out that the popularity, the rationality and contract sense development as well as organization degree of land transfer can be improved on the bases of the development of the second and third industry along with the prosperity of the rural merchandise economy.
