摘要
目的 应用腹腔镜技术行腹腔内脏器联合切除术。方法 分析我院近十年行腹腔镜腹腔内多脏器联合切除 38例 ,其中胆囊 +阑尾切除 18例 ,胆囊切除 +肝囊肿开窗术 5例 ,胆囊切除 +胆总管切开取石 1例 ,胆囊切除 +肾囊肿去顶术 1例 ,胆囊切除 +肝脓肿切开引流 +阑尾切除 1例 ,移动盲肠固定 +阑尾切除 +卵巢囊肿切除 1例 ,胆囊切除 +卵巢囊肿切除 8例 ,阑尾切除 +卵巢囊肿切除 2例 ,胆囊切除 +子宫 ,卵巢切除 1例。结果 38例均手术顺利 ,平均手术时间 75min(30～ 12 0min) ,术后平均住院 5d ,无并发症 ,效果满意。结论 腹腔镜下多脏器联合切除不增加病人痛苦 ,同时切除多个病变脏器 ,避免开腹或上下腹同时切开 ,住院时间短 ,费用低 。
Objective:To combine cutting away viscera applying laparoscopic.Methods:Thirty-eight cases applying laparoscopic analyse in recently ten years, 18 cases were operated by cholecystectomy and appendectomy, 5 cases cholecystectomy and opening of hepatic cyst, 1 case cholecystectomy and cholelithotomy, 1 case cholecystectomy and renal cyst removing cover, 1 case was cholecystectomy and appendectomy, 1 case cholecystectomy incision and drainage of liver abscessand appendectomy, 1 case shifting cecopxy appendectomy and ovariectomy, 8 cases cholecystectomy and ovariohysterectomy.Results:Thirty-eight cases operation were no complication. Operation per time 75 min(30～120min), per hospitalization 5 day.Conclusions:It is well effective to decrease pain of patients, avoid opening abdomen, hospitalization short, fee lower.
