摘要
通过光学显微镜与电子扫描显微镜对虎眼万年青的花粉粒进行了观察 ,发现其花粉粒为两沟型 ,表面具穿孔 ,无外萌发器。通过染色方法并结合萌发试验证明其花粉活性低。
Pollens of Ornithogalum caudatum Ait.were observed with by the microscope and scanning election microscope.The pollens are dicolpate without ectoaperture and there were perforations on the surfaces of them.Pollens dyeing and sprouting tests showed that the vitality of pollens were low.
