摘要
本文利用x-射线衍射分析及复型和薄膜透射技术研究了012Al钢经淬火后在深冷处理过程中的组织转变。结果表明,淬火后的残余奥氏体在深冷处理过程中部分转变成马氏体;深冷处理使马氏体发生分解,析出超细碳化物;同时伴有形变晶孪产生。
The Structure transformation of the quenched steel 012Al during the ultralow temperature treatment has been studied by means of X-ray diffraction analysis, replica and foil transmision technique, The results indicate that during the treatment a part of the remained austenite is trasformed into martensite, and the martensite encounters decomposition which results in the precipitation of ultrafine carbides. In addition, deformation twins are formed during the ultraing temperature treatment.
