摘要
在分析皂素废水治理难点的基础上,提出了综合利用与高效末端治理组合工艺相结合的实用技术框架.实验室试验结果表明:黄姜制皂素水解浓废液经萃取除盐酸\发酵蒸出酒精后的醪液进入ABR厌氧-SBR好氧生化处理系统,平均COD值由23416mg/L可降至271mg/L,去除率达93%,为皂素废水治理的深入研究及中试奠定了基础.
On the bases of analysing treatment technology of the diosgenin wastewater,a practicable technology was introduced, which consist of anaerobic and aerobic biochemical treatment process. According to the technology the experimental results in Lab show that the average COD of the wastewater was reduced to 271 mg/L from 23 416 mg/L of original wastewater, which was removed hydrochloric acid by means of extraction and distillated out ethanol by fermentation process.Percent remove of the wastewater was reached to 93%.
