摘要
研究了以活性炭粒子为填充电极的填充床式电 Fenton反应装置处理自配甲醛毒性有机废水时各影响因子的作用机制 ,通过正交实验和单因素实验确定了各影响因子的最佳操作条件为 :反应时间 90min ,反应体系 pH值<3 5 ,涂膜炭填充比例 4 0 % ,电压 2 5V ,Fe2 +浓度 30 0mg/L ,反应温度 30℃~ 4 0℃ .结合氧化产物的紫外光谱分析 ,提出甲醛电 Fenton氧化反应机理 .利用电 Fenton试剂氧化法对实际洗胶废水进行连续处理 ,甲醛及CODCr的去除率分别在 90 %及 30 %左右 ,运行费用较Fenton试剂法降低 4 2 3% .
The mechanisms of affecting factors in treating formaldehyde-containing organic wastewater by electro-Fenton reactor which had granular carbon as the filled electrode were investigated. The optimal operating conditions determined by orthogonal experiments and individual factor experiments were as following: 90min, 25V, 30℃~40℃, insulating carbon content 40%, Fe 2+ concentration 300mg/L at pH<3.5. Formaldehyde degradation mechanisms were proposed after analyzing the oxidation products with UV absorbance spectrum. Experiment of treating the actual wastewater using this method were also performed.The removal rates of formaldehyde and COD Cr were about 90%, 30%, respectively. In addition, the operating cost was 42.3% less than that of treatment by Fenton method.
