摘要
分析了现有VRLA电池组均衡充电方案的不足之处,提出了一种简单、高效、高可靠性的均衡充电方案。该方案中的分流模块能自动实现单体电池间的能量转移,从而能逐步减小电池组的不一致性,它能保证电池组中所有电池单体在充电中后期都处在同一充电深度,防止了电池单体的过充,从而提高了电池组寿命。仿真及实验验证了该方案的正确性。
This paper reviews the disadvantages of previous schemes of equalizing a series VRLA battery stack, then presents a new technique which is simple but has high efficiency and reliability. The proposed scheme maintains diverter modules which can divert energy from powerful batteries to weak ones automatically in non-dissipative manner.It can prevent batteries from overcharge by ensuring the whole battery stack at an equalized charge level at later charge period,so the battery life is enhanced.The simulative and experimental results prove the correctness of the analysis.
