摘要
以氧化过氧化反应结合法显示中枢神经系统内单胺氧化酶(MAO)阳性神经元,在显示胞体、突起和纤维走行的清晰程度上优于四唑盐法。利用Clorgyline和Deprenyl分别抑制A型和B型MAO,可以选择性显示两种不同类型MAO在中枢的分布。本研究还探讨了孵育液内HRP和盐酸酪胺浓度与呈色反应的关系。
The method of coupled peroxidatic oxidation was proved to be prior to the tetazolium salts one is showing the clarity of the somata, process and fibre courses of monoamine oxi- dase(MAO)-contining positive neruons in the cental nerous system. The clistibution of two different types of MAO A and MAO B in the central nervous system could be selectively demonsated when the MAO A and MAO B were supressed by deprenyl and clorgyline, re- spectively. The relationship between concentation of tyranine or HRP in the medium and chomatic reaction was also discussed in the present study.
