摘要
本文描述了一种采样频率高达15MHz样本/秒的超高速多通道数据采集系统,介绍了其硬件结构,并给出了支持软件的预处理算法。
This paper describes a data acquisition system with a sampling rate of 15MHz and 8 analog input channels that uses Flash ADC technique. High sampling rate is obtained with carefully designed high speed peripheral circuit and multiplexing RAM structure. Key hardware architecture is discussed. Data preproccssing algorithms are also presented.
