摘要
目的 :用常用玻璃器具组装一种挥发油含量测定的简易装置 ,以补充药典含量测定方法的不足。方法 :采用该装置以共水蒸馏法提取常用中药材之挥发油 ,并与药典法相比 ,同时比较两套装置的适用性。结果 :本法与药典法提取效率基本一致 ,且具实用范围广 ,精确度高 ,可用于微量测定等优点。结论 :该法极具推广应用价值。
Objective: A simple apparatus for volatile oil determination is designed with the use of common glass apparatus in order to refreshen the shortcoming of pharmacopoeia device. Methods: This device was used to measure the volatile oil content of common medicinal herbs by coeno-water distillation and compared with the results measured by pharmacopoeia device; at the same time, their applicability was compared. Results: The extraction efficiency of this method is basicly consistent with that of the pharmacopoeia method, and it possesses the advantage that the practical scope is extensive, and the precision is high , and it can be used in microdetermination etc. Conclusion: This apparatus possesses great application and popularization value.
