摘要
综观 2 0世纪医疗服务的发展历程 ,医疗模式经历了“以疾病为中心”的传统医疗服务模式到“以病人为中心”的新的医疗服务模式的转变。 90年代以来 ,循证医学的发展 ,促进了“以病人为中心”模式的转变与发展。“以病人为中心”的模式 ,也成为我国现代化医院改革与发展的主题。
The development of medical care model has been transferred from 'disease-centered medicine' to 'patient-centered medicine' since the 20th century. 'Patient-centered medicine' has been developed and promoted with the emergence of evidence-based medicine in 1990s. The concept and development of 'patient-centered medicine' was discussed in this paper.
