摘要 经过十多年的研究 ,在世界上首次研制出雌雄两性能育、遗传性状稳定的异源四倍体鲫鲤群体。两性可育四倍体鱼群体连续繁殖了 11代 (F3- F1 3) ,形成了一个染色体数目为 2 0 0的新鱼种。用四倍体鲫鲤群体为父本与二倍体鱼母本交配大规模生产了具有生长速度快、不育等优点的三倍体鱼。本文介绍四倍体、三倍体鱼的生物学特性、生物学意义和产生的影响。 With long-term investigation, the bisexual fertile allotetraploid hybrids of red crucain carp×common carp were successfully produced. With the stable inheritance, the allotetraploidy were maintained from one generation to the next, and 11 successive generations of allotetraploids were produced, forming a new species with 200 chromosomes. It is the first case to form the bisexual fertile allotetraploid population in fish in the world. The large-scale triploids with some enhanced performances such as faster growth rate and sterility were generated in China by crossing the males of the allotetraploids with the females of the diploids. The paper also introduced the main biological characteristics, biological significance of the allotetraploids and triploids.
