摘要
介绍了一种 L M32 4集成四运放的直流电动机调速器的设计方法 ,给出了详细的电路原理图及说明 ,所设计和研制的调速器中设置了软起动、电压负反馈、电流正反馈、过电流截止保护、微分校正电路等环节 ,并采用了一种新颖的、简单而有效的脉冲封锁和失磁保护技术 ,其所能达到的技术性能指标 ,完全能满足食品、药物、生化、轻化产品等生产企业生产工艺过程中使用直流电动机的调速要求。其合理的结构、稳定的性能和低廉的成本将在上述企业有着广阔的应用前景。
This paper presented the design of DC motor speed regulator based on LM324,detailed circuit theory chart and its illustration. The speed feedback designed includes soft starting, voltage negative feedback, current positive feedback, post current cut-off protection and differential correction circuit and new simple efficient technology of pulse block and magnetic lose protect. The performance index reached could satisfy completely the demand of DC motor speed regulator when it was used in the product processes of food, drugs and light industry and chemical industry. It will be used widely in those industries because of its reasonable structure, stable performance and low cost.
