淡色库蚊幼虫对5种杀虫剂的敏感性调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解宁夏回族自治区吴忠市淡色库蚊幼虫对5种杀虫剂的敏感性状况。方法采用浸渍法,测定淡色库蚊幼虫现场种群的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果与文献报道的敏感品系试虫比较,吴忠市淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、DDT、双硫磷抗性倍数分别为0.053、0.077、0.007、0.003和11.50倍,调查结果显示,吴忠市淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、DDT这4种杀虫剂均处于敏感水平,对双硫磷具有中等抗性。结论对4种尚未产生抗药性的杀虫剂均可轮换应用于灭蚊工作中。 Objective To investigate the sensitivity of Culex pipiens pallens larva to five insecticides in Wuzhong of Ningxia. Methods Immersion method was used to determine the medium lethal concentration( LC50) for the field population of Cx. pipiens pallens larva. Results Cx. pipiens pallens larva developed 0. 053,0. 077,0. 007,0. 003 and 11. 50 folds resistance to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,propoxur,DDT and temephos in Wuzhong compared with the susceptible strain reported in literature. The results showed that Cx. pipiens pallens larva in Wuzhong was moderate resistance to temephos,but susceptible to other four insecticedes. Conclusion Beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,propoxur,DDT and temephos can be applied for mosquito control.
