摘要
知识是对客观人和事物的认识;技能是通过训练而获得的顺利完成某种工作任务的动作方式和动作系统;能力是个性心理特征之一,是指人顺利地完成某种心理活动所必需的个性心理条件和心理特征。这三个人力资源管理中的基本概念既有明显的区别,又有密切的联系。
Knowledge is the cognition of the objective people and things. Skill is acquired through training and it is the mode of action and system of action of finishing some works and tasks successful. Ability is one of the personal, psychological characters, is the necessary personal psychological condition and psychological character for completing some psychological activities. There are not only obvious differences but also closely relations among the three basic conceptions of HR management.
