一种弱刚度复杂形状传动箱体的有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过对一种弱刚度复杂形状传动箱体轴承孔铣削加工的结构静力学分析和有限元计算 ,得到一系列的位移等值曲线及分析结果 ,从而为该传动箱体加工过程中一些重要的切削参数 (每齿进给量、切削深度等 ) A series of displacement equivalence curve and result are obtained by the structure static analysis and calculation with FEA. The analysis is specially done for milled bearing-hole of the driving box. It provides a dependable basis for selecting some important cutting parameters(feed per tooth; cutting depth) and the method for clamping in maching process.
