摘要
数字参考服务是未来图书馆参考服务发展的一种新的形式。本文主要阐述了它的起源、服务方式、工作机制以及新的发展趋势 ,并根据我国数字参考服务发展的现状 ,提出一些建议。
In the future,digital reference service is a kind of new form with the development of reference service. This article mainly shows its origin, method, working mechanism and the new development trend, then according to our country's digital reference service development points out some suggestions.
