摘要
目的 了解“非典”流行期不同人群的焦虑、紧张水平 ,目的在于探讨人们面对重大应激时的心理表达方式。方法 自编“对非典心态的自评问卷”1 8个项目 ;每个项目为 0～ 3分 ,共 5 4分。分为无、轻度、中度、重度焦虑水平。≤ 1 7分为正常的情绪反应。分别在大学生 ( 3 0 0人 )、医护人员 ( 1 2 0人 )、普通群众 ( 1 2 0人 )共 5 40人中进行了测试调查。结果 ≥ 1 8分共75人 ( 1 3 .9%) ,其中大学生 5 0人 ( 1 6.7%) ;医护人员 1 0人 ( 8.3 %) ;普通群众 1 5人 ( 1 2 .5 %)。结论 面对突发的灾难事件 ,不同人群的情绪反应 ,可能与相关的知识与信息。
Objective To try find out human anxious level face to SARS stress.Methods 18 items questionnaire on mental state for SARS were organized,each entry rating 0 to 3 score is total 54 scores and divided into,light,middle,severe.≤17 scores are normal emotion response.The questionnaire was tested in student,medical staff and general crowd.Results Total test 540 people,of them have student 300 people,medical staff 120 and general crowd 120 ones.≥18 scores are 75 people( 13.9 %),of which stuent is 50(16.7A%),medical staff 10(8.3%) and general crowd 15(12.5%).Conclusion To face sudden SARS disaster event,affective expression of varied people relate to knowledge,information,social experience and coping style.
