摘要
在工业控制领域中 ,直流调速系统采用传统的PID控制的效果不理想。在传统双闭环PID控制的基础上 ,保留内环 ,外环采用九点控制器原理设计方法 ,对直流调速系统进行设计。九点控制器是一种基本型逻辑控制器,根据系统偏差和偏差变化率将系统状态抽象成九个工况并实施不同的控制策略。为了解决静态误差的问题 ,对九点控制器增加了积分环节。计算机仿真结果表明 ,采用九点控制器控制算法简单 ,速度快 ,动态恢复快。
Although DC speed regulating system adopts traditional PID control,which acquired content effect,on the other hand it has a weakness.On the basis of traditional PID control,holding inner loop,altering outer loop applies the nine-point controller to design for double closed loop DC motor speed regulating system.In order to eliminate the static error,a integral unit is used.The simulation results showthat using nine-point controller is superior than the other one,the systemstatic and dynamic performance are perfect,also its arithmetic is simple and restorable performance is excellent.
