摘要
焊接接头热影响区软化是细晶粒钢焊接时普遍存在的问题.用有限元分析方法,从屈服强度和抗拉强度两个方面对热影响区软化的焊接接头的力学性能进行分析.分析结果表明,与接头的屈服强度相比,热影响区软化对接头的抗拉强度有较大的影响;软化的热影响区的屈服应力和宽度较焊缝对接头的抗拉强度有较大的影响,而且存在临界值,超过它们时,使接头的抗拉强度明显降低;增加焊缝的屈服应力可以改变临界点,提高热影响区软化焊接接头的屈服强度和抗拉强度.而且发现,试样的长度对测定热影响区软化的焊接接头的抗拉强度没有影响,而对其屈服强度的确定有一定影响.
The softening in the heat-affected zone(HAZ) of welding joint of fine-grained steels is ubiquitous problem. Employing finite element analysis, mechanical properties in the HAZ-softened welding joint are analyzed in terms of both the yield strength and tensile strength. The analysis results show that HAZ-softening has more effect on the tensile strength of welding joints than on the yield strength, and the yield stress and width of softened HAZ have more effect on tensile strength than those of the weld; and there are critical values with them beyond which the tensile strength of joint will decrease rapidly . Increase of the yield stress in the weld metal can change the critical values and improve both the yield and tensile strength in HAZ-softened welding joints. It is found furthermore, that the length of specimen has no effect on the determination of tensile strength of the HAZ-softened weld joint, but has certain effect on the determination of yield strength.
