摘要
研究了镉—meso—四(对——磺基苯基)卟啉络合物在碱性溶液中的极谱吸附波.实验证明,该络合物吸附在电极上,并还原产生灵敏的配合物吸附波.将该吸附波用于天麻,当归和川芎等几种中草药中微量镉含量的测定,得到较好的研究结果.
The polarographic adsorptive wave of cadmium-meso-tetra(parasulfophenyl)porphine(Tpps4) complex in sodium hydroxide solution has been studied, at Ep=-0.71V(Vs, SCE), the detective limit is 8.9×10-7mol/L. The pead height is linearly proportional to the cadmium conce ntra tion over a range of o to 32μgmL-1. This method has been applied to the dcterminatun of trace amount of cd in traditional Chinese medicinal herbs.
