管理素质是当代大学生必备素质 ,《管理学》是大学生管理知识的主要来源。目前《管理学》教学中存在不少问题 ,必须从健全《管理学》课程体系、改革教学方法、改进学生学习绩效评价体系、创造良好外部条件等方面探索提高《管理学》
The university s tudent management character is an essential character of contemporary university student,《science of management》is a main source to management knowledge.Curre ntly,teaching of《science of management》exists a few problems,it must sanity th e course system of the《science of management》,reform the teaching method,impro vement student study results evaluation system,create good exterior terms etc.in vestigate the exaltation《science of management》s teaching performance.
