摘要
以“非典”疫情为例 ,分析了就业、人口管理、基础设施、生活方式、卫生习惯等在突发的公共卫生事件及其他灾害事件中的重要性 ;指出在北京郊区 ,以上几方面都很薄弱 ,我们应总结经验 ,吸取教训 ,未雨绸缪 。
Sudden SARS make us realize the importance of steady employment,strengthened population management,perfect basic facilities,civilized life style and good health habits,but all these are just very weak in the suburb of Beijing,therefore,we should sum up the experiences,draw lessons and take precautions in order to increase the ability of dealing with sudden public sanitary events in the countryside.
