摘要
在丙烯酸待聚合液中加入磷酸氢二钠和尿素 ,制得了既具有吸水、保水能力 ,又具有肥效性且可缓释的超强吸水树脂 .系统地研究了反应温度、引发剂及交联剂质量分数、丙烯酸中和度以及磷酸氢二钠加入量等对该超强吸水树脂吸水率的影响 ,得到了最佳反应条件 ,制得了在室温下 3 0 min吸蒸馏水约为 3 2 5倍 ,含 P2 O5约为9.2 %、含 N约为 1 5 .0 %的具有缓释肥功能的超强吸水树脂 .利用 FTIR,SEM和元素分析等表征和分析了产物结构、表面形态和成分 。
Through adding disodium hydrogen phosphate,urea into solution of acrylic acid which would be polymerized by solution polymerization,we prepared superabsorbent polymers with slow release fertilizer(SAPSRF).The effects of reaction temperature,mass fraction of initiator and crosslinker,degree of neutralization of acrylic acid,amount of disodium hydrgen phosphate on water absorbency (A w) were investigated and optimized.A w of the sample was about 325 times its own weight if it was allowed to swell in distilled water at room temperature for 30 min.And it contains 9.2% of P 2O 5 and 15.0% N.The SAPSRF was characterized by FTIR,SEM and elemental analysis.The experimental results showed that SAPSRF had water retention and fertilizer slow release ability indeed.
