摘要
研究了氟化镧对ZAlSi12合金的变质作用,发现氟化镧可使铝硅共晶合金达到完全变质并且具有良好的长效性和抗衰退性,同时大大提高合金的抗拉强度和延伸率。在加入变质剂后(最佳加入质量分数为1.0%~2.0%),合金液在保温6h后其组织仍为完全变质组织;当重熔次数达到13次时,合金性能及组织仍与第一次变质后相当。
This paper reports effects of Lanthanide Fluoride as additions on the mechanical property and microstructure of Al-Si eutectic alloy. Experimental results show that this kind of La can completely modify Al-Si eutectic microstructure and greatly improve its tensile strength and percentage elongation. It may improve its 42.2% in tensile strength and 226.4% in percentage elongation. This kind of addition don't fade rapidly and can be remained in alloys. Experiments show that they didn't fade in 6 hours and remained in the 13th times reuse.
