摘要
依据炭黑可以影响硫化橡胶模量和磨耗的事实,通过制备几种不同炭黑含量的硫化橡胶,对高结构、高耐磨的N339炭黑填充的硫化橡胶模量及各种条件下的磨耗进行测定,分析炭黑用量与模量、磨耗相互之间的关系.
Based on the fact that carbon black can affect module and abrasion of rubber vulcanizate, in this paper, five different compounds and corresponding rubber vulcanizate have been prepared with different amount of N339 carbon black that is of characteristics of high construct and high anti-abrasion. Meanwhile, module and abrasion of the rubber vulcanizate under different conditions has been tested. According to testing results, interaction of amount of carbonblack, module and abrasion has been analysed.
