摘要
大体积混凝土施工水化热一直是困扰水坝、桥梁施工的难题,掌握不好,极易形成温度缝,乃至对混凝土的强度带来较大的伤害。由于斜拉桥主梁截面比较大而且在纵向、横向还存在较大的变化,所以其混凝土水化热的实验十分必要。为了取得真实的现场施工资料,在仙桃汉江公路大桥施工过程中,对特定的实验段,采用预埋热敏电阻的方法对混凝土水化热做了严密的测量,并对其测量结果进行了认真的分析。结果表明,结构断面最小厚度大于80cm时,必须重视其水化热问题。
The hydration heat in massconcrete construction isalwaysa problem for construction of dam and bridge.Temperature crackswill easily form and concrete strength will be weakened if it isn' t treated properly.Asthe girder section of cable-stayed bridge islarge and bigger variationsexist in longitudinal and transverse directions,experiment for concrete hydrant heat isextremely necessary.To gain true data of construction site,strict measuring hasbeen made on concrete hydrant heat during the construction of Xiantao Hanjiang highway bridge with method of embedded thermal resistor in experimental road section,and analysisisthen made on measurement data.The experimental resultsshow that more attention must be paid on hydrant heat when the minimum thicknessof structural section isbigger than80cm.
