摘要
经从山西晋中、晋南、晋东南、晋北4地区22个市县采集分离到的188个灰霉病菌菌株[BotrytiscinereaPers.]对速克灵的抗性鉴定,得到速克灵敏感菌株76个,抗性菌株112个;并对4地区的抗性频率进行了测定。毒力测定结果显示:敏感菌株的平均EC50值为0 2307μg·mL-1,EC90值为3 1898μg·mL-1;抗性菌株的平均EC50值为2 7921μg·mL-1,EC90值为16 7015μg·mL-1,抗性倍数为12 10倍。结果表明,灰霉病菌对速克灵的抗性表现为低水平抗性。且MIC的室内测定表明,速克灵抗性菌的MIC值均小于25μg·mL-1,这与生产中灰霉病菌对速克灵的低水平抗性是一致的。
:Resistance of 188 isolates of \%B. cinerea,\%collected from 22counties in Shanxi Province, to Procymidone was tested. 76 sensitive isolates and 112 resistant isolates to Procymidone were attained. Resistance frequencies of four regions were tested. The results showed that average EC50 and EC90 values of sensitive isolates were 02307 μg·mL-1 and 31898 μg·mL-1; that those of resistant isolates were 27921 μg·mL-1 and 167015 μg·mL-1.Resistance ratios were 1210 fold. Resistance to Procymidone is low.The tests of MIC showed that MIC value of resistant isolates to Procymidone was lower than 25 μg·mL-1, which was consistent with the low resistance to Procymidone in production.
