总結了Sc在铝友铝合全中对合金组织、力学性能、热稳定性、焊接性能和抗腐蚀性能的影响。Sc在铝合金中是有效的晶粒细化剂、再结晶抑制剂和改善焊接性能的添加剂;Sc可以细化铝合金晶粒,提高合金的力学性能和再结晶温度,增强铝合金的热稳定性,改善铝合金的焊接性能和抗腐蚀性能;分析了Sc在铝合金中的作用机理。
The effects of Sc on Al and Al alloy's microstructure,mechanical properties,thermal stability, weldability and anti-corrosion are summarized- Sc can fine grains greatly,inhibit alloy's recrystallization and raise recrystallization temperature,and can improve alloy's welding properties and anti-corrosion capability. The mechanism behind these effects is analyzed.
