摘要
阐述了VersaClean低毒油基钻井液的基本配方、各种主要处理剂的作用机理以及钻井液的基本性能。给出了钻井液现场维护处理方法、固相控制及钻屑回注等技术方法。使用该低毒油基钻井液可以保护储层在钻完井作业过程中不受伤害,提高油田的采收率。
This paper presents the basic formula for VersaClean which is a lowpoison oil mud with mechanics of each kind of reagent, basic properties, field maintenances, solids control and cuttings refilling. Uses of this drilling fluid could protect reservoirs from damaging during drilling and well completion, and improve recovery ratio.
