摘要
钢渣的低水化活性而致钢渣掺量小 ,钢渣水泥强度 ,特别是早期强度低等一直是困扰其应用于水泥生产的难题。采用各原料预先单独粉磨然后混合的工艺 ,成功制备了一种新型钢渣水泥。研究结果显示 :该水泥 3d和 2 8d的抗折强度、抗压强度分别达 6 .8MPa、35 .1MPa和 7.8MPa、5 7.8MPa。各主要原料的配合比为 :w(钢渣 )为 5 0 %~ 5 5 % ,w (矿渣 )为 2 0 %~ 30 % ,w(水泥熟料 )为 10 %~ 2 5 % ,w(石膏 )为 3%~ 5 %。还借助 XRD和 SEM,对其水化及水化产物进行了分析研究。
For the reason of low strength development, especially at early ages, of steel slag cement (SSC) caused by the low hydration activity of steel slag (SS), the application of steel slag in cement production has been much limited in China. This study shows that by a pre-grinding with a subsequent mixing process high strength SSC with high SS content more than 50% can be produced. The flexural and compressive strengths of the SSC mortars at 3 days and 28 days attain 6.8 MPa, 7.8 MPa and 35.1 MPa, 57.8 MPa, respectively. The composition of the SSC are as follows: basic converter steel slag >50%,blast furnace slag 20%~30%,OPC clinker 10%~25% and anhydrous gypsum 3%~5%. In addition, the hydration and hydration products of the cement were analyzed by XRD and SEM.
