摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,城市化步伐逐渐加快,由此产生的生态问题也日趋突出,在西部地区,生态基础本身比较薄弱,而一些地方为了加快经济发展,实现工业化和城市化,不惜以破坏生态环境为代价。本文从提高西部生态力、加大产业结构调整的力度、加强城市生态基础设施建设、把经济效益与生态效益、社会效益协调统一起来4个方面,提出了相应的对策。
With China economy continuous developing and the urbanization step progressively quickening,from this ,the ecological problems varied more seriously.In west area,ecological basic itself is rather weak,but in some areas, the ecological environments were destroyed in order to quicken economical development and realize industrialization and urbanization.For this reason,the article puts forward relevant countermeasures from improving west area ecological power,amplifying the force of industrial structure adjustment,strengthening city ecological basic facilities construction and coordinating and unifying economic result,ecological result and social result four aspects.
