大学教师与行政人员的关系解析

摘要本文从心理学的映象理论观点来分析大学教师和行政人员信任与合作决策形成的心理机制,分析了当前映象理论所表露出来的诸多问题,计算出了信任决策中的拒绝阈限,探讨了建立教师和行政人员信任合作关系的策略与方法。
