EMT在肥胖相关性结肠癌中的作用研究

摘要 本文以构建的高脂膳食诱导的昆明肥胖小鼠为实验对象,利用基因毒性造模剂氧化偶氮甲烷(Azoxymethane AMO)及促炎剂葡聚糖硫酸钠(Dextran sulfate sodium DSS)构建结直肠炎-癌模型,通过HE染色观察小鼠结直肠的组织病理学改变,从而判断和衡量肠上皮细胞发生间质转化的程度。结果显示,高脂喂养组小鼠(肥胖及非肥胖)的肠上皮细胞排列紊乱,出现类似上皮瘤变的病理改变;而普通饲料肥胖组小鼠的病变要重于非肥胖组小鼠;各组小鼠的肠道TNF-α表达均显著增加。说明肥胖相关性结肠癌小鼠与EMT存在一定的关系。
