摘要
目的对围生期下肢深静脉血栓形成原因进行分析,同时分析护理对策。方法回顾性分析我院所收治的42例围生期下肢深静脉血栓形成患者临床资料,选取时间2016年6月至2017年5月,分析形成原因及护理对策。结果溶栓、抗凝、病因治疗后效果良好20例;症状加重后实施深静脉血栓的长期治疗9例;没有按时注射低分子肝素致病情恶化、需要终止妊娠7例,实施人工终止妊娠术;直接终止妊娠6例,实施人工终止妊娠术。经过护理干预后,42例患者症状体征消失且随访6个月后均恢复正常。结论给予围生期孕产妇实施护理对策,可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。
Objective to analyze the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in perinatal period and to analyze the nursing countermeasures. Methods a retrospective analysis of my institutes of 42 cases of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in the perinatal period in patients with clinical data,the selection of time in June 2016 to May 2017,analysis of formation cause and the nursing countermeasures. Results to explore the medication effect is good after 20 cases,symptoms aggravated after surgical treatment of 9 cases,no deterioration caused by injection of low molecular heparin on time,need to terminate a pregnancy,surgery treatment of 7 cases,directly to the termination of pregnancy and treatment of 6 cases with surgery. After nursing intervention,the symptoms and signs disappeared in 42 patients and returned to normal after 6 months. Conclusion it is effective to prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity by providing nursing countermeasures for perinatal pregnant women.
