摘要
碳化钨是一种重要的硬质合金材料,在国民经济、社会生活及国防建设等领域均有广泛应用。近年来碳化钨制备工艺取得了很大的进展。综述了固相法、液相法和气相法三大类碳化钨粉末制备工艺并对其优点及存在的问题进行分析,展望了碳化钨制备工艺的发展趋势。
Tungsten carbide as an important cemented carbide material has been widely used in the fields of national economy,social life and national defense construction.In recent years,tungsten carbide production process has made great progress.The three major categories of tungsten carbide powders preparation processes include solid-phase,liquid-phase and gas-phase processes are described and their advantages and problems are briefly analyzed.The future development trend of tungsten carbide preparation process is prospected.
