摘要
文章指出,采用高效液相色谱法对青蒿素系列药物进行含量测定的分析测定研究,建立了在210nm处同时直接测定青蒿素(ART)、双氢青蒿素(DHA)和蒿甲醚(ARM)的HPLC方法,从而避免了因衍生化反应不完全而引入的误差,简化了操作,为更准确地测定青蒿素系列药物的含量提供了可靠的手段。
ART,DHA and ARM content were determined by using HPLC method without derivation reactions.The method of determining ART,DHA and ARM content directly at the peak of 210nm was built.It proves the process of determining Artemisinin content to be more accurate and more dependable means to evaluate the exact content of ARM drugs.
