摘要
近年来,公司治理问题再次成为世界性的关注热点。提高中国公司的治理水平是中国企业应对入世挑战、增强企业核心竞争力的制度性建设手段。从公司治理模式及其特点、公司治理与公司价值、股东与公司治理中其他利益相关者关系的角度,分析目前主要的公司治理模式对中国企业的借鉴意义,指出要通过强化股东与其他利益相关者的共同治理,进一步规范我国公司治理的实践,促进企业业绩的改善和公司价值的提升。
In recent years, the corporate governance has become again the hot issue worldwide.It is a systematic construction for the Chinese companies to upgrade their corporate governance skills to face the challenges after China's accession to WTO, and to enhance their core competitiveness.The article starts from the models of corporate governance and their features, the corporate governance and corporate values, shareholders and other stakeholders in the corporate governance, analyzes some current typical corporate governance models as references for Chinese enterprises, and points out that it is essential to co-governance the shareholders and the stakeholders, through which, to further regulate our corporate governance practice, and to improve the corporate results and the corporate values.
