摘要
利用Mach-Zehnder干涉原理,在单模光纤测重力加速度的装置中,提出了一种应用液体配重的方法设计出的轴心式传感器探测装置,并对此种设计形式进行了理论推算,得出了加速度与设计参量的关系,分析了此种设计的有效性.
In this paper, applying Mach -Zehnder interference principle, a device by single - mode fiber is designed for measuring acceleration of gravity. The device of sensor detecting based on a compliant cylinder with liquid mass is proposed, and gives a theoretical calculate about this design, obtained acceleration relating to this design parameter, analyzes the design's feasibility.
