黄芩茎叶总黄酮对CCL4小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :研究黄芩茎叶总黄酮 (SSTF)对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 :给小鼠 ig给药 ,用四氯化碳 (CCl4 )制备肝损伤模型 ,用比色法检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)活性、肝脏丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性。结果 :SSTF(5 0、1 0 0、2 0 0 mg·kg-1 )可明显降低因 CCl4所致急性肝损伤小鼠血清 AL T活性 ,明显降低肝脏 MDA含量和提高 SOD活性。结论 :SSTF对小鼠急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用 ,其机理可能与 SSTF的抗脂质过氧化作用有关。 Objective: To study the protective effects of SSTF on carbon tetrachloride actue hepatic injury in mice. Methods: SSTF was administrated ig to the mice with induced actue hepatic injury by carbon tetrachloride. Colorimetric method was used to measure the activities of alanine transaminase(ALT) in serum, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutuse(SOD) in liver homogenate. Results: SSTF(50、100、200mg/kg, ig, 7d) significantly reduced actue hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride, with increasing serum ALT. The activities of SOD in the treament group were higher than those in model grouop. The content of MDA were lower than those in model group. Conclusion: SSTF has protective effects on mice acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride. The results indicated that the protective action of SSTF were related to anti-lipid peroxidation effect of SSTF.
