摘要
目的 1了解 6.5~ 1 2岁轻度精神发育迟滞 (以下简称 MR)儿童的能力特点 ,以供弱智学校教育、训练时的参考 ;2了解轻度 MR儿童的智商 ( IQ)和适应能力商数 ( ADQ)之间的关系 ,以供临床医师诊断 MR儿童时的参考 ;3在马尾区农村小学中找出轻度 MR儿童 ,以帮助建立该地区的弱智儿童辅读班。方法 在福州市马尾区农村 1 8所小学 6.5~ 1 2岁学生 3 82 3人中 ,由各校班级老师认为学习成绩较差的 441名儿童作为调查对象 ,采用龚耀先、蔡太生修订的中国韦氏儿童智力量表农村版测查智商 ( IQ) ,姚树桥、龚耀先编制的儿童适应行为评定量表农村版测查适应能力商数 ( ADQ)。结果 1 8所小学 6.5~ 1 2岁 3 82 3名学生中 ,学习成绩较差的 441名测查发现 MR儿童 76例 ,其中 IQ在 5 0~ 69间 ,且 ADQ≤ 69确诊为轻度 MR儿童 60例 (患病率为 1 .5 7% )。结论 1 IQ在 65~ 69之间的儿童 ,必须检查 ADQ才能诊断为 MR。 2算术对鉴别健康与 MR儿童有较好的作用 ,但对轻度 MR儿童之间的能力高低区别较困难 ;分类与填图在轻度 MR儿童中与IQ的关系则较密切。 3根据适应行为评定量表的上述评定结果 ,针对轻度 MR儿童的能力特点 ,应如何教育。
Objective To explore the characteristic of ability of mild mental retardation(MR)children aged 6.5~12 years,and the relationship between intelligent quotient(IQ) and adaptive ability quotient (ADQ)in mild MR children,and help to establish special school in Ma Wei Distract of Fuzhou city for mild MR children.Methods 441 children from 18 primary schools (totel 3823,aged 6.5~12 years)in rural areas of Ma Wei District of Fuzhou City selected by teachers due to bad learning scores.WISC-R(rural version,revised by Gong Yaoxian and Cai Taisheng)and Children Adaptive behavior Scale (rural version,compiled by Yao shuqiao and Gong Yaoxian)were used to test IQ and ADQ respectively.Results 76 MR children were found in 441 children,and 60 children(IQ:50~69 and ADQ≤69)of 76 were diagnosed as mild MR children.The prevalence rate of mild MR children was 1.57%.Conclusion ①ADQ should be checked for children whose IQ ranged 65~69 before diagnosed as MR children.②Arithmetic was efficient mean to classify normal and MR children,but it was difficult to distingnish the level of ability among mild MR children.Classification and Picture completion were closely related with IQ in mild MR children.③Based on the results of ADQ,and the characteristic of ability of mild MR children,how to educate,practive and therapy were discussed in this paper.
