摘要
通过对某轧钢厂冷连轧机的穿带工艺及轧制参数的研究 ,找出了影响顺利穿带的主要因素 ,提出了应对措施。结合轧机自身的特点 ,在操作工艺和计算模型方面作了改进。采用比出口处带钢目标厚度较厚的设定值穿带 ,再逐步过渡到目标值的方法可改善穿带过程 ,减少穿带时间。
Based on research of the threading process for a continuous cold rolling mill,some factors that influence the threading process were found and corresponding measures were put forward.Considering the mill's characteristics,a new threading technology was developed,i.e using bigger strip thickness as a set value rather than the goal thickness and then transferring it to the goal thickness.As a result,it not only improved the threading processs but also shorten the time needed to thread.In addition,two madels to calculate the appropriate thickness of threading strip are discussed in the paper.
