摘要
目的:探讨海洛因依赖者性功能的损害。方法:用自拟性功能调查问卷对依赖者逐个询问调查,以依赖者吸毒前后性功能状态作自身对照进行评判。结果:海洛因依赖者性功能明显受损,男性性功能障碍高达100%,女性88.89%。吸毒量越大,性功能损害越多。静注吸毒加重性功能损害。吸毒期限愈久,性功能受损愈重。结论:吸毒对性功能损害明显,男性重于女性。性功能受损的范围、数量、程度与吸毒剂量、方式、期限有关。
Objective:To observe the sexual dysfunction of male and female heroin addict s.Methods:Investing the sexual dysfunction of heroin addicts of male (n= 95) and female (n=45) one by one with self-designed questionary we have recorded their answers before and after drug use. Results:The sexual function of male and female heroin addicts has been damaged exactly. The frequency of sexu al dysfunction in male group was 100% while in female it was 88.89%: the more t he drug was used the more severe the sexual function was damaged.In the drug us ers by vein injection the damage was more severe.Conclusion:Sexual dysfunction i n male addicts was more seriously than in female addicts.The degree of this eff ect depends on method and time of drug use.
