摘要
以质量分数为30%的H2O2作氧化剂,考察了磷钨酸季铵盐(Q3PW12O40)催化环己烯氧化合成己二酸的可能性.结果表明,在没有有机溶剂存在的情况下,磷钨酸十八烷基三甲基铵催化环己烯氧化合成己二酸的活性较高,在物质的量之比为n(环己烯)∶n(催化剂)∶n(H2O2)=100∶0.2∶538,反应温度为82℃,反应时间为30h时,己二酸的收率为81.9%.讨论了反应时间和催化剂中季铵阳离子种类对催化剂活性的影响.
Using 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide(30% H_2O_2)as oxidant,the oxidation of cyclohexene to adipic acid catalyzed by the tungstophosphoric compounds was investigated.The result indicated that,in the absence of organic solvents,the catalytic activity for the oxidation of cyclohexene to adipic acid catalyzed by octodecyltrimethylammonium tungstophosphoric is very high,when n(cyclohexene)∶n(catalyst)∶n(H_2O_2)=100∶0.2∶538,reaction temperature is 82℃,after 30h,the yield of adipic acid amounts up to 81.9%. The effects of reaction time and quaternary ammonium ions in Q_3PW_(12)O_(40)were also studied.
